This Warranty Policy explains how Lumoraofficial, operated by VividLaunch LLC, handles product defects, product-specific warranties, and warranty-related customer support.
Product-Specific Warranty Coverage
Unless a specific warranty is expressly stated on the applicable product page or in documentation supplied with the product, Lumoraofficial does not represent that every product includes a separate fixed-duration commercial warranty.
If a particular product includes manufacturer or seller warranty coverage, the applicable duration, conditions, exclusions, and claim requirements should be stated with that product or provided with the product documentation.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact our customer support team as soon as reasonably possible.
Include:
- Your order number.
- Your full name.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs or video showing the issue where appropriate.
- Any other information reasonably needed to review the claim.
Available Resolution
After reviewing an eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claim, we may provide an appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances and product availability.
An approved resolution may include:
- A replacement product.
- A replacement component or part, where appropriate and available.
- A refund.
- Another reasonable resolution agreed with the customer.
Returns for Defective Products
If an approved defect claim requires the physical product to be returned, our support team will provide the applicable return instructions.
For an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claim, Lumoraofficial will cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is required.
Please do not send a product to our business address unless our support team specifically provides that address as the authorized return destination.
What Is Generally Not Covered
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly covered by a product-specific warranty, warranty or defect coverage generally does not apply to issues resulting from:
- Accidental damage occurring after delivery.
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling.
- Improper installation or assembly.
- Unauthorized modification, alteration, or repair.
- Use contrary to applicable product instructions.
- Normal cosmetic changes or reasonable wear associated with ordinary use.
- Damage caused by incompatible electrical supply, components, or accessories.
- Loss or damage caused after the customer takes possession of the product.
Normal Product Variations
Minor variations in color, texture, finish, dimensions, materials, or appearance may occur as a result of manufacturing tolerances, material characteristics, photography, lighting, and screen settings.
A reasonable variation that does not materially affect the product's intended function is not automatically considered a manufacturing defect.
Manufacturer Warranties
Some products may include separate warranty documentation provided by a manufacturer or other third party.
Where applicable, such warranty coverage may be subject to the manufacturer's own terms, limitations, procedures, and eligibility requirements.
Returns and Refunds
